A Message from the Editor

September has come and gone, and we're now into November.

I could say my schedule has slipped, and that I'll be accepting submissions for TWU7 in the New Year, but if I'm honest I have to say that at present I don't know if that will be the case. I do want to revive TWU in 2005, but right now I don't know precisely when.

So, authors, please don't submit anything just yet. I'll post another message when the revised guidelines are ready, but at the moment I think it's unlikely TWU will be open for submissions before March 2005.
